HOW TO USE
Shake well. mist generously over the face, neck, and chest during a hot flush, or keep by the bed for night sweats. Inhale deeply to benefit from the calming aroma.
Some natural tingling may be experienced during uptake. Start initial use with reduced squirts if necessary to build tolerance.
