What is Ease Hero?

Ease Hero is our new magnesium body mist, blended with four winter botanicals: wintergreen, pine, juniper and camphor. Spritz it on, massage it in, and make it your winter wind-down ritual.

How do I use it?

Shake well. Spray 5–15 times onto clean, dry skin on tired shoulders, back, hips or legs, then massage in slowly. Many of our Unshrinkables like to use it after a warm shower or before bed. Wash your hands afterwards.

Will it tingle?

Some people notice a tingle or a cooling-then-warming feeling, from the magnesium and the camphor and wintergreen. It usually fades within a few minutes. If you’re sensitive, try fewer sprays, or apply after your moisturiser. If the tingle doesn’t settle or your skin becomes irritated, rinse with water and stop using it.

Do I need to patch test?

Yes, please. Spray a small amount on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before your first full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies.

What does it smell like?

Crisp and wintry: fresh pine forest, sweet-minty wintergreen, a soft berry note from juniper, and the cool clean lift of camphor.

Who shouldn’t use Ease Hero?

Please don’t use Ease Hero if you:

• are allergic to aspirin or salicylates (wintergreen contains methyl salicylate)
• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• are buying it for a child. It isn’t suitable for children.

If you take blood thinners such as warfarin, or any regular medication, check with your GP or pharmacist first.

Where shouldn’t I spray it?

It’s for the skin on your body only. Keep it away from your eyes, face, broken or irritated skin, and intimate areas. Don’t use it with heat pads, hot water bottles or tight wraps over the area, and don’t apply it straight after shaving.

Is it a medicine?

No. Ease Hero is a self-care ritual, not a medical treatment, so keep following your GP’s advice on any medicines. If you have a health condition, or pain that is new, severe or getting worse, please speak to your GP.

Can I use it with Sleep Hero or Revitalise Pro?

Yes, just use them on different occasions or different areas rather than layering them. Lots of Unshrinkables use Ease Hero as a daytime or after-exercise ritual, and Sleep Hero for their evening wind-down.

How is Ease Hero different from Revitalise Pro?

Both are magnesium body mists. Ease Hero is our new winter-botanical blend, made with wintergreen, pine, juniper and camphor, for a crisp, forest-fresh ritual.

How long will a bottle last?

That depends on how often you use it and how many sprays. Used once a day at 5–15 sprays, most people get several weeks from a bottle.

How should I store it?

Keep it upright with the cap on, somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets.
