Hello, I'm Lulu — so what am I all about?

 

I’m a 55-year-old Women’s Empowerment Activist, Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Disruptor. I wear many hats: Award-Winning "Accidental Middle Age Influencer," Podcaster, Stylist, Revolutionary, and Midlife Mindset Shifter.

 

I am driven by a deep sense of purpose to empower women to kick the doors off life, be brave, and take up all the space they deserve. This isn’t just coaching; this is a movement.

 

My goal is for women to feel empowered, energised, connected, and excited by life. I want you to feel recklessly optimistic, proud, valued, and brave. I want you "tooled up" for life’s twists and turns—feeling inspired, sexy, and rebelliously positive.

 

**How it began**

This mission started with my own wild and radical self-love journey. It took me 49 years to find my confidence and truly fall in love with myself. I couldn’t stand the thought that it might take another woman that long to find hers, so I founded **The Self Love Revolution**.

 

I began by sharing my real journey online—discussing divorce, menopause, motherhood, grief, and reinvention at 50. My social media page quickly evolved into a thriving community. Inspired by the countless messages I received from women feeling just like me, I had a big idea. I know I’m fun online, but I’m even better in real life!

 

So, I bought a 32ft vintage RV to travel around America. My plan was to use the bus as a beacon to connect women and build community as I went, ensuring no one felt alone. And I did exactly that. After covering 28 states and 10,000 miles, I moved back to the UK, shipped the bus back with me, and launched my powerful mission on home soil.

 

In 2025, I launched the **Self Love Unleashed Tour**, taking UK festivals and events by storm and hosting my own Self Love Camps rooted in community, connection, and empowerment.

During that transformative year, I had the incredible fortune of meeting Marva Williams and her outstanding Wellness team, and together an electric coalition was spawned and has birthed into an empowered new chapter – ‘The Unshrunk Collection’.

With one new mission to ‘un’-compromise wellness for women - helping you to break out of any molds that do not fit and become unshrunk… Today is the youngest you will ever be and now is the time … Stop Shrinking and Start Revitalising.
